What resonated most with you about this passage and teaching?

"Let your yes be yes and your no be no." What does that mean to you?

What evidence is there to support the idea that we are living in a “post-truth” world? For Christians, the truth is a person. Discuss whether there is such a thing as “post-truth” for a Christian?

When there is no “true" truth, but only your truth and my truth, there is no trust and no relationships based on trust; ironically, this leads to more rules. Why is that? Can you think of an example of a breakdown in trust leading to more rules?

If morals are relative, why is some behavior considered criminal regardless of culture, nation or language?

Why might Jesus have remained silent when Pilate famously asked, “What is truth?” 

In what ways do you hope to integrate elements of this text into your life this week?
