Youth

Knowing who they are and whose they are.

It is our hope and plan to guide students to own their own faith, to think for themselves and to consider what a life with Christ is like and can be.

"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity." 1 Tim 4:12

Gatherings

  • On Sunday mornings Middle School and High School students meet in Guzman Hall for music, then follow Naomi to the Youth Room for relevant Bible Study and good conversations. Once a month we stay in Guzman Hall and sometimes even serve as part of the Gathering.

  • We love to hang out with each other and have fun! At least once a month we have activities like capture the flag, movie night, Six Flags, paddle boarding, ice skating, and more! Annual activities include:

    • Winter Camp at Hume Lake

    • Local Service Opportunities

    • Rafting

    • Camping

    • Be2Live Mexico Service Trip

    • Arrows Conference w/New Life Novato

    • Marin Nerf Battle w/Presbyterian Church of Novato

Kids

We love our kids and we want them to know how much God loves them too!

We create environments where children can establish a deep and life-changing relationship with Jesus with the support of multi-generational relationships.

“Write these commandments that I’ve given you today on your hearts. Get them inside of you and then get them inside your children. Talk about them wherever you are, sitting at home or walking in the street; talk about them from the time you get up in the morning to when you fall into bed at night.” Deuteronomy 6:7

What to Expect

  • At BayMarin we value worship and discipleship as a family. Ages 4 years through fifth grade sing and worship with their parents, and then kids adjourn to their classroom for a short lesson with adult volunteers, followed by time at the Activity Table in the back of the hall. Every week we have adult volunteers who are invested in the growth of our kids and provide multi sensory, creative activities that help them connect with and learn more about Jesus.

  • We know that the safety of our kids is of the utmost importance.

All of our volunteers have been a part of standard safety protocol including fingerprinting and background checks.
